Koley Jessen Represents UpSwell in Taradel Acquisition
Koley Jessen advised UpSwell, LLC, a portfolio company of Clearview Capital and a provider of data-driven direct response local marketing solutions for small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses and franchises in the U.S. and Canada, in its acquisition of Taradel.
Finalized on December 24, 2024, the transaction enhances UpSwell’s capabilities by integrating Taradel’s robust self-service (eCommerce) marketing platform and best-in-class guided support. It also brings key strategic partnerships with USPS, Canada Post, and major U.S. retailers. This marks the second acquisition Koley Jessen has advised on for UpSwell in the past year, having previously counseled the company in its acquisition of Dental Marketing.
