Koley Jessen is pleased to announce its role in advising Minuteman Security & Life Safety, a leading integrator and service provider of commercial security surveillance, access control, fire systems, and related life-safety technological offerings, on two transactions that enhance their market presence and service capabilities.

On July 1, Minuteman joined forces with Access Security Corp. (“ASC”), a security solutions integrator and service provider in the greater Philadelphia area, and separately acquired Secuni, a systems integrator headquartered in Edison, NJ.
