Koley Jessen Trusts and Estates Attorney Nate Patterson Selected for ACTEC Fellows Institute
Koley Jessen is pleased to share that Nathan Patterson, an Associate in our Trust and Estates practice, has been accepted into Class IV of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
The Fellows Institute was created to prepare future leaders in the field through in-depth programming led by nationally recognized estate planning professionals. Nate will join a select group of attorneys from across the region in a series of multi-day sessions beginning in December 2025 and concluding in May 2026.
“This opportunity allows Nate to build connections with leading practitioners and engage with cutting-edge ideas in trust and estate law,” said Brandon Hamm, ACTEC Fellow and Chair of Koley Jessen’s Estate and Tax Department. "That knowledge translates directly to the counsel we provide to our clients in Nebraska and beyond, helping them navigate personal and business planning with confidence.”
ACTEC is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Koley Jessen is proud to be home to three ACTEC Fellows and now a participant in this highly regarded Fellows Institute.
