Koley Jessen is pleased to welcome James A. Tews to our Estate and Business Succession Planning Practice Group. James focuses his practice on estate planning and trusts, probate, guardian and conservatorships, Medicaid planning, real estate matters, corporate and business law.
“Our Estate and Business Succession Planning Practice Group is thriving and integral to our firm and we are excited to add James’ experience to our team,” says Mike Hupp, President of Koley Jessen.

He is experienced in establishing Special Needs Trusts and Supplemental Special Needs Trust which provide the ability to use trust assets to give individuals with special needs "non-necessity" items that would not be available through government benefits.
“I look forward to joining the region’s premier provider of estate planning, trust administration, wealth transfer, charitable and business succession planning services,” said James Tews.
James is a frequent author and speaker on estate planning. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Business Administration, Environmental Science and Biology from Mount Marty College in 1999.
