Koley Jessen advised KZValve, LLC, a family-owned business, on their sale to Idex Corporation. KZValve creates and manufactures a variety of precision farming components including waterproof motorized valves, manifolds, controllers, and other accessories.

The firm’s deal team was led by Mike Hupp and Mike Keblesh and included support from Bowei Wan and several subject matter experts within the firm.
