Taylor Cammack Recognized as 2026 Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor

This award honors rising professionals under the age of 40 for their innovation, leadership, and meaningful contributions to the M&A, restructuring, and corporate finance industries. Taylor was selected from a competitive pool of nominees by an independent panel of judges based on his professional achievements and commitment to community involvement.

Since joining Koley Jessen in 2018, Taylor has built an impressive middle-market M&A practice, advising private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and closely held businesses on acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. He also counsels businesses on day-to-day corporate and operational matters, including corporate governance.
Taylor has represented a range of notable clients including JLL Partners, Clearview Capital, JBT Marel, and M-One Capital. He has also been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Mergers & Acquisitions Law in 2026.
