Three Attorneys Join Koley Jessen Mergers & Acquisitions Team

Koley Jessen has expanded its Mergers & Acquisitions team with the hire of 3 new associates. Harrison Hagg, Zachary Rupiper and Comran Sharif will be working with the Mergers & Acquisitions team on business transactions – from formation, to buying and selling or recapitalizations and reorganizations.

“We are excited about the continued growth of our Mergers & Acquisitions Practice,” said Mike Hupp, President of Koley Jessen and Chair of the Practice group. “These most recent hires will allow the firm to continue to provide superior service on transactions to our expanding client base.”

Harrison Hagg was most recently a Law Clerk for the South Dakota Supreme Court. He received his J.D. (summa cum laude) from University of South Dakota School of Law and his B.A. in Philosophy from Creighton University (summa cum laude).

Zachary Rupiper is returning to Koley Jessen after an externship with Honorable William J. Riley, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Zachary has previously clerked at Koley Jessen. He received his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law (high distinction) and his B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (highest distinction).

Comran Sharif received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School (cum laude) and B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota (high distinction). Comran has previously worked at a number of sports organizations, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, San Francisco 49ers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Golden Gophers.
