Meeting the Stark Law “Group Practice” Requirements | 45 minutes

The in-office ancillary services exception is one of the most commonly relied upon Stark Law provisions by physician practices, and its application rests on the practice meeting the Stark Law’s definition of a “group practice.” Recent amendments and clarifications within the Stark Law have impacted requirements for the exception to apply. Joe provides a condition-by-condition discussion of what physician group practices need to know to maintain group practice status.
