Vaccine Mandate 101 (Large Employers)
What do you need to know about OSHA's vaccine ETS? If you're an employer with 100 or more employees this ETS will impact you. Join us as we walk through the ETS and provide you insight on your options within the framework and best practices for managing the information and data you will need to collect as a part of this program. If you’re a federal government contractor, this session will also review the requirements of the vaccine mandate applicable to your workforce as well as the interplay with those requirements and the recent ETS. We will also discuss reasonable accommodations to mask and vaccine mandates based upon an employee’s disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act and an employee’s religious affiliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
