Indiana-based Hoosier Penn Oil Inc. specializes in bulk and packaged motor oil, lubricants, and automotive-related chemicals. Beyond distribution, the company offers comprehensive oil change and detailing services at various locations.
Cadence Petroleum Group is one of the largest distributors of lubricants, fuel, antifreeze, diesel exhaust fluid, and ancillary products in the central and eastern U.S. The recent acquisition of Hoosier Penn Oil complements Cadence’s existing portfolio, increases the density of its Indiana footprint, and overall strengthens its position in the industry.
