08.05.2021

Koley Jessen is proud to announce that Tina Struck has been selected as an Inclusive Communities’ LeadDIVERSITY Advocate.

LeadDIVERSITY, is a year-long program designed to build a network of leaders (referred to as Advocates) dedicated to creating opportunities and solutions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Midwest region.  The 31 Advocates selected, comprise an inclusive sample of the Omaha Metropolitan Area’s diverse community representing various identity and affinity groups. The cohort is a mix of various industries including corporate, nonprofit, public sector/government, education, healthcare, and the restaurant industry.

Koley Jessen President, Alex Wolf said, “We are excited for Tina to have an opportunity to participate in this important program. It will be the second year that Koley Jessen has had an Advocate in the program. Our Advocates capitalize on this great experience by sharing the information learned through regular firm-wide lunch-and-learn meetings. We have made meaningful advances as we implement what our Advocates learn through their participation in the program. Tina will work close with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee to ensure Koley Jessen is at the forefront of the DEI efforts in our community.”

Tina is a Senior Associate in Koley Jessen’s Corporate Department, where she counsels entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and investors on start-up matters, private investment transactions, and related general corporate matters. She also advises clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) compliance and assists with HSR filings in M&A transactions. She is a member of the firm’s recruiting; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and legal resources committees.
