Koley Jessen Deal Earns 2022 M&A Atlas Award
Koley Jessen is pleased to announce that a transaction handled by the firm received an award at the 2022 USA M&A Atlas Awards, sponsored by the Global M&A Network.
The transaction was awarded the USA Consumer Products M&A Deal of the Year for representing TekBrands, LLC, a leading designer and eCommerce-based marketer of branded products to quilting and crafting enthusiasts and retailers, in its acquisition by WILsquare Capital. Koley Jessen’s representation of TekBrands was led by Shareholder Brian Harr and Associate Paige Gade.
The M&A Atlas Awards honor best value-creating transactions, outstanding firms, leaders, and dealmakers exclusively from the middle market deal communities. Winning the independently governed awards equates to achieving the "Gold Standard of Performance" standing, validating excellence since the winners are selected on merits.
Winners were officially announced and honored during a virtual awards ceremony held on May 4, 2022.
