Koley Jessen Grows Business General Counsel Practice
Koley Jessen has welcomed former law clerk, Justina Piatek, to the firm as an Associate in the Business General Counsel Practice Group. In her practice, Tina works with entrepreneurs and growth companies, as well as investors. She works with our team on general corporate matters including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, restructuring, and raising capital. Additionally, Tina performs commercial and technology contract drafting and review services for clients.

Tina joins Koley Jessen after having received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (summa cum laude) and her J.D. (magna cum laude), with a certificate of concentration in business law, from Creighton University.
