Koley Jessen Welcomes New Mergers & Acquisition Associate
Koley Jessen is pleased to announce that Michael Keblesh has joined the firm as an Associate. Michael practices in the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group and works with our team on all stages of the merger and acquisition process, including due diligence review, document drafting, and other pre-closing and post-closing matters. In addition, Michael advises clients on strategic planning decisions and general corporate matters.
Michael comes to the firm after receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (magna cum laude), serving as a Captain in the United States Army, and earning a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (magna cum laude).
