Bradford J. Peck

Bradford’s practice focuses on assisting clients with general business and corporate matters.  His experience with entity formation, reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions enables him to effectively counsel clients at every stage of their business.

Bradford’s experience as the Director of Sales and Operations for a start-up company prior to pursuing his legal career allows him to empathize with and understand the challenges that come with owning and running a business. His previous business experience gives him a unique perspective in working with clients to achieve their goals. Bradford also understands that businesses are an integral part of building and strengthening communities, and gladly makes assisting and supporting businesses and business owners the focus of his legal practice.
