With nearly 30 years of extensive trial and appellate experience, Greg Scaglione has a significant record of success in resolving a broad variety of complex business, commercial and intellectual property disputes. He has obtained substantial monetary results and has defeated multimillion-dollar claims on behalf of clients in litigation and arbitration matters throughout the country.

Greg is the Chair of Koley Jessen’s Litigation Department. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Nebraska Supreme Court.



  • Successfully defended companies, officers and directors from multimillion-dollar claims of breach of contracts and fiduciary duties, as well as securities and ERISA class actions, and DOJ, DOL, SEC and FDIC investigations and suits, including antitrust, securities and unfair competition
  • Won a complete dismissal of charges against an executive accused of business misconduct in a “business owners” dispute, and then obtained a judgment for that executive’s compensation
  • Recovered millions of dollars in a variety of claims in settlements, arbitrations and litigation
  • Successfully defended and prosecuted national class action
