Overview

Lyndsay Zlomke works closely with families, personal representatives, and trustees to navigate through the estate and trust administration process following the death of a loved one. Lyndsay ensures clients understand the process and eases their burden through her attention to detail and diligent efforts to promote transparency within the process.

Her experience is wide-ranging and includes simple administrations to more complex ones that may involve the preparation of state inheritance tax returns, federal estate tax returns, and establishing and funding continuing trusts.

Lyndsay also assists clients in the design and execution of comprehensive estate plans, which includes the preparation of wills, trust agreements and powers of attorney, as well as establishing and administering guardianships and conservatorships for minor children and incapacitated individuals.
