Overview

Noah Huisman draws on his entrepreneurial and business background to help companies find practical solutions to complex business matters. He counsels companies (both established and emerging) and investors through all types of transactions that arise during the lifecycle of a business, focusing his practice on growth equity, venture capital, general corporate law, and mergers & acquisitions.

Noah’s experience includes representing companies and investors in all matters of business—including financings (whether through convertible notes, SAFEs, or priced rounds) and acquisitions. He also serves as outside counsel by providing guidance to several emerging growth companies in various roles. Whether as counsel, advisor, or board member, Noah provides advice and strategic guidance on matters related to fundraising strategies, equity compensation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. He works with clients in industries such as enterprise software, blockchain and cryptocurrency-based companies, media, medical device, and consumer-packaged goods companies.
