Drawing on a broad range of real estate experience, Danielle is uniquely positioned to understand client needs. She provides clients counsel and advice in complex transactions, title and escrow matters, commercial agreements, including financing, construction financing, and commercial lending. She represents and advises clients around the country in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, asset management, land use, and zoning.
