Overview
Joe Schauer leverages his extensive transactional experience and business executive background to deliver practical, tailored advice for his clients.
Joe advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, public and private debt and equity offerings, SEC reporting and compliance, governance and other corporate matters. Joe’s clients include operating companies, private equity funds, public companies, investors, and investment banks across a broad spectrum of industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and business services.
Before joining Koley Jessen, Joe served as COO of a medical device company and was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm. Joe also holds a CPA license (inactive) earned earlier in his career while working in business consulting.
