Michael C. Shares

A graduate of West Point and the U.S. Army Ranger School, Mike Shares has commanded diverse teams through complex, demanding operations. That experience shapes how he approaches litigation today: with discipline, sound judgment, and composure.

Mike approaches each matter with the same mission-focused problem-solving skillset, working to identify practical and innovative paths to each client's objective. His practice includes exposure to disputes involving construction, bankruptcy, contract, and commercial litigation matters.

Mike continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve, where he works in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at West Point.
