Spencer E. Allgood

With a strong foundation in finance and accounting, Spencer Allgood brings a well-rounded perspective to his banking and commercial lending practice. 

Spencer handles commercial finance matters on behalf of both lenders and corporate borrowers, advising clients throughout the lifecycle of complex financing transactions. He assists clients with structuring, negotiating, and preparing loan documentation, as well as due diligence investigations and closing and post-closing related matters. Spencer's experience spans commercial real estate loans, revolving credit facilities, asset-backed financings, and general commercial lending arrangements.

Prior to law school, Spencer developed his understanding of financial markets and corporate finance principles through his studies in finance and accounting, equipping him with practical insight that enhances his ability to counsel clients on the business dimensions of their lending transactions.
