As part of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s 2025 Business Law Seminar, attorneys Jack Horgan and Erin Schroeder will co-lead a session offering dual perspectives on AI in the workplace. They will discuss how employers can navigate employee use of AI, including productivity tools, performance monitoring, and bias risks, and explore how attorneys can ethically and effectively leverage AI for client work, internal operations, and legal research.
