This session will provide practical strategies to identify, prevent and mitigate costly copyright infringement risks associated with the content (particularly photos) posted on your company’s websites and social media.  We will discuss preventative processes, including diligence, insurance and vendor contract provisions. We will then turn to dispute resolution, including statutory damages, willfulness, evidence preservation and negotiation tactics.  Real-life examples will be used to highlight key points.
