Koley Jessen Advises Child Saving Institute in Unification with Children’s Square to Strengthen Support for Children and Families Across Nebraska and Iowa
Koley Jessen advised Child Saving Institute in its unification with Children’s Square, aligning two legacy-rich nonprofit organizations around their shared mission to support children and families across Nebraska and Iowa.
Founded more than 130 years ago, Child Saving Institute has long been a trusted source of care, education, and family support in the Omaha community. With Children’s Square sharing a parallel 140-year history, the two come together as one organization—combining centuries of expertise, community connections and a commitment to compassionate care, resulting in stronger, more accessible, and impactful services for those who need them most.
The Koley Jessen deal team was led by M&A attorneys Morgan Herchenbach and Michael Keblesh, with Real Estate support from Jennifer Woodward.
