Koley Jessen advised BeyondID, a leading AI-powered, Managed Identity Solutions Provider, in its sale to KeyData Cyber, a North American leader in identity and access management services.

The transaction unites two complementary identity security firms to create one of the largest providers in North America, bringing together more than 200 experts across three continents. Through this acquisition, BeyondID gains greater scale, deeper industry expertise, and an expanded mix of platform capabilities, enhancing its ability to serve enterprise clients in a rapidly evolving security landscape.
