Koley Jessen served as legal counsel to Lifeway Mobility, a leading provider of home accessibility solutions, in its acquisition of Center Span LLC, a national provider of home safety and accessibility products for veterans and individuals with limited mobility, and Redispan, Inc., a Long Island-based manufacturer of innovative and patented wheelchair ramps.

The acquisition strengthens Lifeway’s presence in the New York City metropolitan area and expands its footprint to more than 35 states nationwide. It also enhances Lifeway’s ability to serve veterans through Center Span’s contracts with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in over 22 states.
