Koley Jessen advised Pacific Gaming, a U.S.-based provider of electronic bingo products, services, and management systems, in its sale to Canadian lottery and gaming supplier Pollard Banknote Limited (TSX: PBL).

As part of the transaction, Pacific Gaming will become part of Pollard’s Charitable Games Group—joining a portfolio of established businesses serving the charitable gaming market. The acquisition presents opportunities for expanded collaboration and market reach within the sector.
