As Chair of Koley Jessen’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Executive Vice President of the firm, Eric leads transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, insurance, industrial, and specialty distribution. He has executed more than 200 mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, representing both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Clients rely on him for his ability to translate sophisticated deal structures into clear, actionable guidance and to balance legal protections with business realities.
