Koley Jessen is pleased to announce that two of the firm’s high-impact transactions and one of its talented dealmakers, Justina Struck, were recognized at the 16th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards. Hosted by the Global M&A Network, the event celebrated excellence in M&A, recognizing transformative transactions and industry leaders. The ceremony took place at the Metropolitan Club in New York City on February 6, honoring top deals and professionals across the Americas.

Manufacturing Deal of the Year
This award recognized the sale of Garner Industries, a Nebraska-based manufacturer and supplier of level-measurement sensors and custom injection-molded products, to ShoreView Industries. Koley Jessen attorneys Mike Hupp, Mike Keblesh, James Glover, and Hailey Hearn advised Garner Industries on the transaction.
Food & Beverage Deal of the Year
This award honored McCarthy Capital’s investment in Omaha Steaks, the nation’s largest direct-to-consumer marketer of premium beef and gourmet foods, recognizing excellence in the food and beverage sector. Koley Jessen attorneys Mike Hupp, Eric Oxley, Taylor Cammack, Emily Bodfield, and John Lukowski represented Omaha Steaks in the deal.
In addition, Justina Struck received the Americas Rising Star Dealmaker Award, recognizing her impressive contributions to the M&A field. This honor celebrates emerging leaders in private equity, M&A, and transactional law for their dedication and talent in closing impactful deals.
