Koley Jessen served as legal counsel to gWorks, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for local governments, utilities, and special districts, on its second strategic acquisition in the first quarter of 2025—the purchase of Hiperweb, a premier provider of advanced operations and asset management software.

Through this acquisition, gWorks gains access to Hiperweb’s robust suite of tools—including asset tracking, work management, and GIS-powered insights—that will enhance gWorks’ existing platform, driving improved efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery of mission-critical technology for municipalities and utilities.

This deal follows gWorks’ earlier acquisition of BBI, Inc., continuing its efforts to modernize public sector operations. Koley Jessen is proud to have supported gWorks in both of these key transactions.
