Koley Jessen represented gWorks, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for local governments, utilities, and special districts, in its acquisition of BBI, Inc., a long-established software provider for municipalities and water agencies across Mississippi and Louisiana.

Through the acquisition, gWorks expands its ability to serve small and medium-sized governments by tapping into BBI’s over 300 municipalities, utilities, and water associations, reinforcing the company’s strategy to invest in technology solutions that support public sector operations through its partnership with BV Investment Partners.
