Charlie Reeder brings a meticulous approach to our M&A team, from due diligence and contract review to managing data rooms and drafting disclosure schedules, he ensures a smooth process for all parties involved. He also supports the preparation of representations and warranties insurance and the assembly of virtual closing books.

Charlie graduated from North Carolina State University with degrees in Finance and Business Analytics. Originally from Torrance, CA, and Holly Springs, NC, he has a passion for golf and hockey.
