Koley Jessen represented Hansen & Adkins, a provider of vehicle transportation and logistics services, in its acquisition by Proficient Auto Logistics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PAL). The transaction included an upfront purchase price of $130 million.

Hansen & Adkins has spent more than 30 years as a founder-owned business and today serves nearly every major auto manufacturer. Its operations include MCL McGill in Canada, expanding Proficient’s platform into the Canadian market. The combination creates the largest auto hauler provider in the North American market, with Hansen & Adkins retaining its name and brand as the largest operating company under the Proficient umbrella.
