Koley Jessen represented KPS Global, a majority-owned company of Viessmann Generations Group and leading provider of custom enclosure solutions for controlled environments, in two recent acquisitions as the company continues to execute its growth strategy.

Acquisition of Everidge

KPS Global acquired Everidge, a Minnesota-based provider of commercial cold storage, walk-in coolers and freezers, cold-storage doors, mobile cold storage and cook-chill solutions. The acquisition broadens KPS Global’s product offering and nationwide reach.

Acquisition of Direct Refrigeration Sales

KPS Global also acquired Direct Refrigeration Sales (DRS), a Cumming, Georgia-based manufacturer and supplier of aftermarket door gaskets, strip curtains and door parts. With the addition of DRS, KPS Global now offers the most comprehensive aftermarket portfolio in the industry.

The DRS acquisition marks KPS Global’s fourth inorganic growth milestone since its 2024 acquisition by Viessmann Generations Group.
