Koley Jessen Expands Litigation Department with Four New Associates

Koley Jessen is pleased to announce the addition of four Associates to its Litigation department with the addition of Cameron Finke, Mary Mikuls, Michael Poyfair and Timothy Young.

Whether it’s their courtroom expertise, their strategic insight, or their dedication to client success, these associates are a tremendous addition to our growing team."

Cameron Finke - Finke joins as a Senior Associate, bringing extensive litigation experience to support clients through pre-suit counseling, internal investigations, liability assessments, and dispute resolution. A native of Sioux City, Iowa, Cameron earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Morningside University and her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.

Mary Mikuls - Mikuls joins as an Associate with a focus on family law, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and tort-related actions. A Nebraska native, Mary graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology and a Minor in Political Science, before earning her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.

Michael Poyfair - Poyfair joins as an Associate and represents clients in commercial disputes, intellectual property litigation, contract, and general civil litigation matters. A native of Vancouver, Washington, Michael earned his B.A. in Translation from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Michael served as an Assistant District Attorney for Bexar County in San Antonio, Texas.

Timothy Young - Young joins as an Associate, bringing valuable experience from his role as an Assistant Attorney General with the Nebraska Department of Justice, where he handled complex legal matters on behalf of the state. His practice centers on commercial litigation, and he has a broad background in civil disputes, including civil rights, torts, administrative appeals, employment issues, bankruptcy, and public law cases. Tim graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating on Economics and Business Intelligence & Analytics, and earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
