Tim Young assists businesses and individuals with commercial disputes. His experience in a wide variety of civil litigation allows him to effectively advise and guide his clients through all stages of the litigation process.

Tim has successfully represented clients in civil matters before Nebraska county and district courts, the Nebraska Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. While Tim’s practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, he has experience representing clients in a wide variety of civil disputes from his time serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, including civil rights, torts, administrative appeals under the Nebraska Administrative Procedure Act, employment disputes, bankruptcy matters, and public law litigation. He strives to use his breadth of experience to help his clients find creative and effective solutions to their legal problems.
