Koley Jessen Promotes Three Attorneys to Shareholders

Koley Jessen announces the promotion of Taylor Cammack, Ryan Maloley, and Erin Schroeder, to the role of Shareholder, effective January 1, 2025.

Taylor Cammack counsels private equity sponsors, strategic acquirers, and closely held businesses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and recapitalizations. His experience spans the manufacturing, technology, marketing, and legal services industries. Cammack also advises businesses on day-to-day corporate and operational matters, including commercial contracting, management, and corporate governance issues.

Ryan Maloley brings a unique perspective to his banking and finance practice, leveraging his background as a former commercial loan workout officer and significant legal experience in complex financing transactions. Maloley represents lenders and borrowers, including community, regional, and national banks, credit unions, private lenders, and commercial borrowers. He assists clients with structuring, negotiating, and preparing loan documentation, conducting due diligence investigations, and managing closing and post-closing matters to foster successful long-term relationships. Maloley serves on the Nebraska State Records Board and the board of Angels Among Us.

Erin Schroeder advises individuals and companies on employment matters, offering strategic guidance on compliance, dispute resolution, and litigation. She has extensive experience handling lawsuits and agency complaints nationwide and provides clear, practical advice on issues like wage compliance, non-competes, document retention, and workplace safety. Schroeder also assists with affirmative action plans, OFCCP requirements, and reporting obligations for federal contractors. A recognized Super Lawyers Rising Star and NSBA Leadership Academy graduate, she also serves on the local leadership board of the American Lung Association.
