Clearview Capital Recapitalizes Inventive Group with Legal Counsel from Koley Jessen
Koley Jessen represented Clearview Capital Fund IV, L.P. and its affiliates ("Fund IV"), a vintage buyout fund managed by Clearview Capital, in its strategic investment in Inventive, LLC and affiliates (collectively "Inventive").
Founded in 2006, Inventive has garnered industry recognition for its expertise as a designer, developer, and manufacturer of innovative, award-winning products for the towing, fishing, ATV/UTV, and garage end-markets. The investment marks Fund IV's fourth platform investment in the outdoor industry and the sixth platform investment in the outdoor industry across all Clearview Capital funds. Notably, Clearview Capital's current outdoor industry portfolio also includes Insight 2 Design, a venture in which Koley Jessen provided legal counsel in late 2021.
