Koley Jessen Advises Boyd Metals

On November 30, Russel Metals Inc. (TSX: RUS) announced that it closed on the acquisition of the companies that operate as Boyd Metals ("Boyd").
Koley Jessen acted as legal advisor to Boyd Metals. The deal team was led by Shareholder Eric Oxley and included support from Chad Loomis, Alex Gould, and Michelle Murdock.
