Koley Jessen Leads Add-on Acquisition for OVS
Koley Jessen advised Clearview Capital-backed Orchard & Vineyard Supply (“OVS”) in its acquisition of Clearwater Irrigation Supply, a full-service agricultural irrigation company supporting growers across Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Headquartered in McMinnville, Oregon, OVS is a leader in the agricultural supplies industry, servicing specialty crop growers and vineyards through its broad range of products and services in trellising & fencing, agricultural fabrics, irrigation, tools & supplies, protective gear, wildlife control, agronomy and custom design.
Over the past two years, Koley Jessen has represented OVS in three similar acquisitions of irrigation and water systems focused companies. Those previous acquisitions include Davis Pump & Electric Motors, acquired in December of 2020, and Cascade Water Systems and Ridgway Supply, which were both acquired in July 2020. The acquisition of Clearwater will continue to help strengthen OVS’ irrigation and pump capabilities, by offering a wider range of solutions to farmers and growers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
