New Shareholders Announced

Koley Jessen is pleased to announced that Brandon D. Hamm, David A. Yudelson, Matthew J. Speiker and Daniel M. McMahon were named Shareholders of the Firm as of January 1, 2012.

Brandon practices with Koley Jessen’s Estate and Business Succession Planning practice group. He earned his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Truman State University, his MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.

David is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice group. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.

Matt practices with Koley Jessen’s Banking, Finance and Creditors’ Rights practice group and the Business/ General Counsel practice group. He joined Koley Jessen in 2005 after practicing with a Minnesota law firm. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and his law degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.

Dan is a member of Koley Jessen’s M&A/Securities team who joined the Firm in 2010. Prior to joining Koley Jessen, Dan was an associate with the Dallas office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Dan earned his B.B.A. summa cum laude from Texas Christian University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
