Overview

Griffin Wonderlich counsels financial sponsors, strategic acquirers, closely held businesses and management teams on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He primarily focuses his practice on middle market private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, traditional purchase and sales transactions, strategic mergers, control and minority investments, restructurings and recapitalizations.

Griffin also advises portfolio companies and corporate clients on various management, operational, commercial contract drafting and corporate governance issues. With a dedicated understanding of his clients’ businesses, he focuses on delivering actionable advice and pragmatic solutions to strategically plan for the future and mitigate known and unknown risk.
