With experience as an in-house attorney for a real estate development company, Jennifer Woodward is uniquely positioned to understand client needs. 

Jennifer represents and counsels clients in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions and commercial agreements, including financing and commercial lending, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and asset management of commercial real estate properties located around the U.S. She builds strong client relationships and works as an extension of the client team.

Her years of legal experience help her to anticipate, identify and address with clients potential risks and issues in real estate transactions and commercial agreements. She works with great energy to advance her client’s interests and, when faced with challenges, is adept at problem-solving with clients to find practical, commercial solutions.

  • Advises landlords and tenants in negotiating office, industrial, retail, shopping center, restaurant, medical office, and ground leases and related agreements

Development, Acquisition, & Disposition

  • Advises developers, operators, and investors in the acquisition and disposition, and management of office, multi-family housing, industrial, retail, medical, and mixed-use projects and unimproved land located throughout the U.S.
  • Advises developers and borrowers regarding acquisition and construction financing
