Tina Struck counsels entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and investors on start-up matters, private investment transactions, and related general corporate matters. She also advises clients on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) compliance and assists with HSR filings in M&A transactions.
In her practice, Tina guides clients through venture capital, buyout, and minority equity investment transactions. She has represented emerging growth companies from formation and initial funding through multiple rounds of financing, as well as investors making early-stage and growth equity investments.
Tina also serves as outside general counsel, assisting clients in connection with entity selection and formation, restructurings, buy/sell agreements, and other corporate governance matters.
Through her antitrust practice, Tina counsels clients on compliance with antitrust and competition laws, including the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, and assists clients with HSR filings needed in connection with M&A transactions.
