Overview

Carlye Patterson focuses her practice on general business and corporate matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Koley Jessen, Carlye counseled clients in product liability and mass tort litigation, commercial disputes, and National Grain and Feed Association arbitration proceedings.

In addition to her legal experience, Carlye brings an agricultural and entrepreneurial perspective to her practice, having operated row crop farms in Iowa since 2015. She also has experience working with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Farm Service Agency, including the USDA Beginning Farmers and Ranchers Loan Program.
