Focusing his practice on commercial litigation, Joe Willms represents businesses in a wide range of complex disputes. His experience includes matters involving contract claims, business disputes, and payment-related conflicts. He works with clients throughout the litigation process, from early case assessment and strategy through resolution, with a focus on clear, practical guidance.
Joe manages litigation matters across all stages of the dispute process, including trial, mediation, and arbitration. His practice includes disputes involving construction projects, land use, business separations, and employment-related claims. He also advises on issues involving banking regulations, telecommunications, and employment law, providing a well-rounded perspective in resolving disputes.
Joe earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Creighton Law Review and received a CALI Award in Advanced Legal Research. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
