Joe manages litigation matters across all stages of the dispute process, including trial, mediation, and arbitration. His practice includes disputes involving construction projects, land use, business separations, and employment-related claims. He also advises on issues involving banking regulations, telecommunications, and employment law, providing a well-rounded perspective in resolving disputes.

Joe earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Creighton Law Review and received a CALI Award in Advanced Legal Research. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
