Lukas Schnepel specializes in middle-market private equity mergers and acquisitions. In his role, Lukas provides support to the firm’s M&A team by conducting comprehensive due diligence, preparing transaction documents, and overseeing the closing process for complex deals. He works in close collaboration with clients and senior attorneys, ensuring the seamless execution of acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions within the private equity sector.
