Koley Jessen served as legal counsel to Olsson in connection with a majority investment by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Olsson is a leading employee-owned engineering and design firm, with more than 2,000 employees in 35 offices across the United States. 

The transaction marks Olsson’s first partnership with an institutional investor, in a deal that also continues its culture of employee ownership.
