Michael R. Fosheim

Michael Fosheim is a dedicated member of our mergers and acquisitions team, providing comprehensive support throughout all phases of M&A transactions. With a strong focus on due diligence, he plays a key role in contract review, client data room management, and the preparation of disclosure schedules. Michael is also involved in drafting representations and warranties insurance and compiling virtual closing books.

Before joining Koley Jessen, Michael earned degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He brings valuable professional experience in audit, financial analysis, and risk management to his role. Outside of work, Michael enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and exploring his culinary talents.
